Improvements and Feature Requests

Right now, updates to donor addresses or emails are not pushed through automatically from Givecloud to Donor Perfect. I understand individual records can be updated but it would be much better if these updates were automatic. Otherwise, we run the risk of not catching changes to addresses. Since we run all fundraising appeals from Donor Perfect, having updated/accurate addresses from our supporters is super important.

Right now on Giving Experiences, after a donor signs up for a reminder email and closes the screen, they are still served the sticky reminder. This seems overkill. We appreciate the sticky reminders for those who don't want to enter their email, but if someone does submit their email, we'd like to see the sticky reminder supressed.

Geoge Okanga of Andrew Wommack has requested the ability to search for a variant's SKU on both the Givecloud website and admin/fundraise list, allowing for quicker and more precise searching.

Donors frequently make donations to the wrong fundraising page, especially when multiple fundraisers have similar names or are supporting the same cause. There should be an easy way for an organizer or authorized admin to move a donation from one fundraising page to another without having to refund the donation and ask the donor to donate again. Currently, the workaround is to issue a refund and have the donor make a new donation to the correct fundraiser. This creates unnecessary friction for the donor, adds administrative work and can potentially cause the donation to be lost if the donor doesn't complete the process again. A simple “Move donation” or “Transfer donation” function would solve this. Ideally, an authorized organizer could select the donation, choose the correct fundraising page and transfer the donation while preserving the original donation date, donor information and receipt/history. This seems like a basic capability for a modern giving platform and would significantly improve the experience for both donors and fundraisers.

Is there a way that you can reduce the amount of white space above the embedded giving experience? Would love to have this look more seamless when people view it on desktop and mobile.

We have had donors reporting difficulty with updating their credit cards on mobile and I think part of the issue is that the only tab they see is the Credit/Debit tab and no specific link to Update Card.

Description: Right now, recurring plans can be filtered by status (Active, Archived, etc.), but there’s no way to filter by a specific supporter at the same time. This makes it difficult to manage large sponsors with many replacements. Right now we have one sponsor with literally hundreds of active and cancelled recurring plans. While I have fully integrated Apple Pay/Google Wallet into our primary giving experience donation platform used on our website, it is very frustrating that I cannot use it on virtually any other form available on GiveCloud. We recently had an event where we employed the GiveCloud Registration Page form to allow folks to scan a QR code to get directly to that page via their mobile devices and select different "products" to add to their event experience only to be disheartened and find out they still had to manually type in their card. I assumed that Apple Pay had fully integrated throughout this platform. Instead it is just the one form type. Now as I prepare an Annual Appeal mailing, I was hoping to employ the split fund form for people to scan to give there for ease of donation only to find you have to not only manually type in your card, but go through a process of creating a giving account. It is 2026, people do not want to be confused and or have to go through a cumbersome process to give. I have both funds on our giving experience, but folks can only give to one fund there. Based on your similar feedback it appears to be a very common feedback issue. Do something, anything?

We have donors who support many sponsorships (sometimes 50+ plans) but pay with a single check. Right now, each recurring plan must be charged manually, which is very time-consuming. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to: • Apply one offline payment (e.g., check) to multiple recurring plans at once • Or import/record a single payment across many plans without entering each individually This would save significant admin time for organizations managing large sponsorship programs.
