Allow Search Function to search for Variant SKUs, not just Product SKUs.

To clarify our use case, imagine we sell teaching titles that come in different formats, such as booklets, books, CDs, DVDs, and USBs. Ideally, these would be variants under one parent product, rather than separate products on our storefront.
However, we currently set them up as separate products because we need to identify each item by its unique SKU for our financial, production, and inventory management systems. This creates extra administrative work and results in duplicate-looking product listings on our website.
Ideally, we’d like to see the following improvements:
- Search by Product or Variant SKU: Searching for a specific variant SKU should bring up the parent product and allow us to identify the exact variant.
- Variant-level tax settings: Since booklets, books, CDs, DVDs, and USBs may be subject to different sales tax rules, being able to apply tax settings to individual variants would allow us to group these items under one parent product without compromising tax accuracy.
These changes would allow us to organize our products more effectively, simplify inventory management, maintain a cleaner storefront, and ensure accurate accounting and tax treatment.
Ultimately, we want to take full advantage of GiveCloud's variant functionality without losing the ability to manage each individual item according to its unique SKU and tax requirements.
