Donors frequently make donations to the wrong fundraising page, especially when multiple fundraisers have similar names or are supporting the same cause.

There should be an easy way for an organizer or authorized admin to move a donation from one fundraising page to another without having to refund the donation and ask the donor to donate again.

Currently, the workaround is to issue a refund and have the donor make a new donation to the correct fundraiser. This creates unnecessary friction for the donor, adds administrative work and can potentially cause the donation to be lost if the donor doesn't complete the process again.

A simple “Move donation” or “Transfer donation” function would solve this. Ideally, an authorized organizer could select the donation, choose the correct fundraising page and transfer the donation while preserving the original donation date, donor information and receipt/history.

This seems like a basic capability for a modern giving platform and would significantly improve the experience for both donors and fundraisers.
